G-Award Fabricator of the Year, Warwick North West, has been named joint winner of the Outstanding Supplier of the Year award at the 2025 Sunday Express Construction and Property Awards.
The Liverpool-based fabricator shared this award alongside Wickes, one of the UK’s largest home improvement retailers, with Screwfix named as runner-up at the ceremony hosted by broadcaster Kate Garraway at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
The Sunday Express Construction and Property Awards, now in their fifth year, have become an important benchmark of excellence in the industry, with categories spanning development, architecture, construction, and supply chain management. The awards celebrate outstanding achievements in Britain’s construction and property industry, with the Outstanding Supplier of the Year category recognising companies that have developed and maintained exceptional supply chains.

Warwick North West manufactures and supplies uPVC and aluminium products for trade customers across the UK. The company has significantly invested in its manufacturing capabilities in recent years, including a £750,000 Schirmer Saw that has dramatically reduced production times.
The award win comes after a period of substantial growth for Warwick, which has seen its turnover triple since 2021 to nearly £12 million.
